Selected member of the Osaka Concert Orchestra join the Hastings Sinfonia to perform works by Japanese and British composers. Works by Nobuya Monta, Polo Piatti, Peter Byrom-Smith and Robert Draper. Soloists: Danny Holland (guitar) and composer Polo Piatti (piano). Conductor: Derek Carden.
For this concert, Japanese musicians have travelled to perform with UK colleagues and perform works by Japanese and British composers. This concert is attached to the Hastings International Composers Festival, of which Japanese maestro Nobuya Monta is Composer in Residence.
